Toys1 / 282023 Honda CRF110F
Modifications
I purchased this 2023 CRF110 in August of 2022. The bike was used that fall and the following summer. At the end of 2023 while riding a turn track my first set of wheels failed. This initiated the bike being parked for over 2 years. At the beginning of 2026 I decided to finally complete the build. The bike was torn down to the frame, refinished with a raw/clear coated frame, completely gone through (Re-finishing the pipe/silencer, new PC decal, engine cases & skid plate refinished, greased bearings and loctite where applicable). This was a passion project that lived in my mind for years that finally came to fruition. - Frame off build - OEM Frame stripped, heat treated - OEM Frame cleared with 2K - Twin Air air filter - Faster Minis air box screen delete - Gutted air box - Pax silicone intake pipe - CJR performance 26mm throttle body - CJR performance Billet intake manifold - CJR ECU tune (Tuned for VP Racing T4, gutted air box, exhaust, raised rev limiter) - Renthal 611 bars/pad - Renthal Kevlar grips - Renthal chain - BBR full size throttle tube - Honda extended throttle cable - BBR extended front brake cable - Parts unlimited shorty front brake lever (Black) - Coppin Sting full size pegs - BBR skid plate - Nubz cradle brace - Lux shift shaft brace - Pro Circuit T-6 - Pro Circuit upper triple clamp - Pro Circuit shifter - Pro Circuit oil/engine plug kit - BBR lower triple clamp - BBR A-style swing arm - DNM 250 rear shock - TBparts Gold TiN coated forks - EBC brake shoes - Dunlop MX34F - Dunlop MX14 - CJR captive wheel spacers - RK Excel wheels - HD plated spokes/nipples - Thrashed minis billet hubs - Dubya rim lock & valve stem - Firepower 39 tooth rear sprocket - P3 carbon tank cover (Cleared) - Coppin Sting Carbon engine case set - FM Sprocket guard - FM Kick start eliminator - FM bump start - FM tank bolt - SpecBolts nicklewürks bolt kit - Motowhips billet tank cap - Acerbis white & blue plastics - Motocutz graphics - Guts seat cover - 250F style start button - Key relocation

Known issues / what it needs
This was a bucket list pitter build, also a first for me. With that I learned quite a bit with this project. I own and operate a retail PDR shop, and have been plagued with extreme OCD for a decade now. The imperfections I’m about to disclose are minor, but must be shared so I can continue to sleep at night. Stripping the OE silver finish off the frame was a chore. It had to be executed with no abrasives. The metal must remain natural and unmarred. Stripping took multiple rounds to be thorough. The subframe welds and brackets were extremely tricky. These areas were tight and difficult for the stripper to cling long enough to remove the finish. There are a couple areas where a bit of silver remains (I can provide photos) This being said it’s extremely minor, and can only be seen when the bike is stripped. The bearings looked healthy and were not replaced, but were thoroughly cleaned & regreased (Steering stem and swing arm) New wheel set and hubs came with all new bearings. The engine is unopened from Honda. The additional power from the throttle body was the goal, without removing the reliability the 110s are known for. That being said the oil was changed literally every 2 hours. Overkill for a pitter? Yes, but I’ve yet to see a 110 be treated so kindly. This build generated over 300K views in less than week on its own. This isn’t the first raw finished frame, but it sure turned out trick. Overall I’m extremely happy with the build quality.
