Modifications

I bought this truck as a roller and dropped the motor/trans into it along with a multitude of new or aftermarket parts. I’ve included a list in the photos of parts/prices. There are no “serious” mods to it in all honesty. Just a project I’ve poured my heart (and wallet) into and I’ve decided it’s time to step away. I don’t have the time or money to keep dumping into it. It does have its kinks but with a little more TLC would make someone an awesome farm/work truck or even a fixed up patina show truck which were my plans for it. I’d like $4,500 OBRO out of it. I’d entertain trades for any running and driving Ford 3/4 or 1 ton trucks. I have nothing specific in mind shoot me some info on what you have and we’ll talk about it!

Known issues / what it needs

It’s a 40 yr old truck, I’d run out of typing space listing every single issue with it. But the main concerns are It does run hot after awhile, and as of today it’s wanting to spit fuel out of the accelerator pump. It does have some rust under the body, and a small golf ball sized rust hole in the drive side floor board. The frame has surface rust but it’s solid. It will need both the headlight and turn signal switches. It could use a starter, if battery voltage is low the starter doesn’t engage the way it should as long as the battery is good and hot it’ll start all day long. Most everything else is about as best to be expected from a 40 yr old truck. I’ve got a clean open title from the previous owner for it.
